  • Eggs: For quick French toast roll-ups or a simple crepe batter.
  • Milk: Dairy or non-dairy for mug cakes and crepes.
  • Flour: All-purpose for mug cakes and crepes.
  • Baking powder: For a speedy rise in mug cakes.
  • Butter or Oil: For toasting and pan-cooking.
  • Salt and Vanilla: To balance sweetness and deepen flavor.
  • Optional add-ins: Sliced bananas, strawberries, chopped hazelnuts, mini chocolate chips, cinnamon, powdered sugar, flaky sea salt, shredded coconut.

  • 5-Minute Nutella Mug Cake In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup milk, 2 tablespoons oil, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 heaping tablespoons Nutella. Mix until smooth.
  • Microwave 60–90 seconds, watching closely. It should be set on top but still moist inside.
  • Top with a dollop of Nutella, a splash of cream, or berries. Eat warm.
  • Nutella Quesadilla Spread 2–3 tablespoons Nutella over half a flour tortilla. Add sliced bananas or strawberries if you like.
  • Fold in half. Warm a skillet over medium heat with a little butter.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden and melty. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or flaky sea salt.
  • French Toast Nutella Roll-Ups Trim the crusts off 4 slices of soft bread and roll each slice flat with a rolling pin.
  • Spread a thin layer of Nutella, roll up tightly, and set aside.
  • Whisk 1 egg with 2 tablespoons milk, a pinch of cinnamon, and a splash of vanilla.
  • Dip roll-ups quickly in the egg mixture. Pan-fry in butter over medium heat until golden on all sides.

  • Cheater Crepes with Nutella Whisk 1 egg, 1/4 cup flour, 1/3 cup milk, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar until smooth. Rest 5 minutes if possible.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium with a little butter. Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirling to coat.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes until set, then flip for 15–30 seconds.
  • Spread with Nutella, add sliced fruit or chopped hazelnuts, fold or roll, and finish with a dusting of sugar.
  • Nutella Puff Pastry Twists Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Unfold a sheet of store-bought puff pastry.
  • Spread a thin layer of Nutella over the sheet. Fold in half and press lightly.
  • Slice into 1-inch strips, twist a few times, and set on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush with a beaten egg and bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden. Sprinkle with coarse sugar if you like.
  • Two-Ingredient Nutella Mousse Whip 1 cup cold heavy cream to soft peaks.
  • Microwave 1/2 cup Nutella for 15–20 seconds until slightly loosened.
  • Fold Nutella gently into the whipped cream until just combined. Chill 10–20 minutes.
  • Top with shaved chocolate or crushed hazelnuts.
